Fairly clean hotel, modern rooms, nice location near the CHENNAI airport. Lovely building and rooms with a pathetic toilet. Location not far from a super market, shops & restaurants and a nearby Restaurant. And 15 mins walk to The Rajiv Gandhi Memorial.

I had an excellent experience at Saibala Inn in Chennai. The staff called me before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival, and they were waiting for me when I arrived. The breakfast served in my room was a nice touch, even though it could have been hotter. The helpfulness of the desk staff and the comfortable mattress made my stay more fun. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for avery comfy and tidy stay.

We booked a nicely furnished and reasonably large room with a double bed. the hotel was in a marvelous location just off shops & restaurants, the CHENNAI airport, and a supermarket. - It was also close to a nice restaurant.

We had a very pleasant stay at Saibala Inn. the hotel's sanitary fittings were neat and comfortable, and the management and staff were cooperative. the beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff were helpful and had good English and Hindi speaking skills.

It was a nice experience and we look forward to visiting again. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

For dads, it would be great if Saibala Inn could provide some additional recreational activities or a play area specifically designed for children.

The rooms and beds were super comfortable, neat, and tidy! Although the shower didn't have hot water, it wasn't too cold either. The hotel accepts Google Pay and Paytm, and there's a supermarket on the ground floor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to a lot of necessary amenities like a supermarket which was great. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that came with our stay, it was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Our experience was somewhat marred by a few negative aspects. we were promised a pick-up service from the airport but it never came, which was very inconvenient especially since it was late at night.
